I love these. I've ate them everyday for the last 2 weeks. I use La Banderita Carb Counter Tortillas instead. They are easier to roll into a burrito and less points than whole wheat Tortillas.
Tasty! Made the night before and then popped them in the oven the next morning.
OMG I loved loved loved this burrito.. it was filling and i was not hungry until lunch time...
Delicious breakfast! I'm not much of a breakfast person but this meal was simple and to the point. I personally did not add avocado or sour cream because 1) didn't have avocado 2) I'm lactose intolerant. But still a great breakfast!
